## Questions

### Do I need an account?

Not to design: the editor opens right away and keeps your projects in your browser. Exporting needs a free account, so your plan follows you to every device.

### Is the Launch Pass a subscription?

No. You pay €15 once and get every language, no watermark and the store upload for 1 app for 30 days. It doesn't renew. After 30 days you're on Free again. Your projects, languages and variants stay; exports go back to 1 language with the watermark.

### Which plan fits an agency or several apps?

Pro: €49 a year for unlimited apps, every language and unlimited variants, so client apps sit side by side. The Launch Pass covers 1 app for one release.

### Can I cancel Pro?

Any time, in the settings or on the [cancellation page](https://storeglow.app/cancel/). Pro then runs until the end of the year you paid for. Within 14 days of a purchase you get a [full refund](https://storeglow.app/refunds/).

### What does the free plan include?

The whole editor and all 94 templates, every store size, 1 app in 1 language. Your first ZIP export has no watermark, once per account. Later exports and single screens carry it. Uploading straight to the stores comes with the Launch Pass and Pro.
