Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
14 days, no questions asked
If Storeglow isn't right for you, you get your money back in full within 14 days of a purchase. This applies to the Launch Pass, to a new Pro subscription and to every yearly Pro renewal. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders, and Paddle handles refunds. Either:
- look up your order at paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout and request the refund there, or
- write to hello@storeglow.app from that email address, and we arrange it with Paddle.
The money goes back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank it can take up to ten business days to arrive.
What happens to your plan
A refunded purchase ends the plan it paid for, and your account goes back to Free. Your projects stay in your browser and you can keep designing.
If your Launch Pass counted towards Pro, the pass paid part of Pro: refunding the pass ends Pro as well. Within 14 days of the Pro purchase you can ask for that refund too. A payment your bank takes back (a chargeback) counts like a refund.
After 14 days
Later payments are not refunded, except where these terms or the law say otherwise (for example if we close your account, see section 10 of the Terms of Service). You can cancel Pro at any time in Settings → Plan & Billing in the editor or without signing in at storeglow.app/cancel/; it then stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew.
Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected.
